# AI Agency Vienna for Process Automation

We automate one process at a time with AI agents on n8n, running on our own EU infrastructure instead of a US cloud.

## The challenge

Plenty of companies have tried AI and ended up with a chat window nobody opens after two weeks. The work that actually eats time still runs on copy and paste between [CRM](/en/glossary/crm), accounting and the shared inbox. Vendors answer that with platforms that push your data into foreign clouds and stall on the first exception.

## Our solution

We take one concrete process, rebuild it as an automation with [AI](/en/glossary/ai) agents, and put it into production before touching the next one. Operations stay self-hosted on our own infrastructure inside the EU, with logging and defined failure paths. You get access, documentation and the choice of whether we keep running it or your team takes over.

## Use cases

- **Pre-qualifying inbound requests**: Form and email enquiries get enriched, scored against your criteria and written into the CRM with context instead of being retyped by hand. Unclear cases go to a person.
- **Reporting without manual work**: Figures from ad accounts, analytics and CRM flow into a report that looks the same every month. The source of every number stays traceable.
- **Document processing**: Invoices, delivery notes and contracts are read, fields extracted and written into the target system. Anything doubtful goes to the responsible person for review.
- **Making internal knowledge findable**: Manuals, proposals and meeting notes become searchable, and an agent answers with a source reference or declines when the basis is missing.
