You set the price for your client. ## Operations after launch An [AI agent](https://blckalpaca.at/en/glossary/ai-agent) is not finished at launch. Models change, and so do APIs. If you want, we handle monitoring, updates and fixes. Your client contacts you, you contact us. ## Obligations we build in Since 2 August 2026, AI systems that talk or write to people must disclose that they are AI ([EU AI Act](https://blckalpaca.at/en/glossary/eu-ai-act), Article 50). We build that disclosure into voice agents and chat assistants from the start. Personal data is processed in the EU. We sign a data processing agreement with you that you can pass on to your client. ## The challenge Clients now expect their agency to have answers on AI as well: a phone assistant that takes calls, an automation between [CRM](https://blckalpaca.at/en/glossary/crm) and accounting, an internal tool. For most agencies an in-house development team does not pay off, and freelancers move on after each project. No, unless you want them to. Our name is not on any proposal, invoice or interface your client sees. We invoice you, you invoice your client. ### Who talks to my client? You do. If a technical meeting is needed, we join as part of your team, under your name. ### What does a white-label partnership cost? We agree terms with each agency individually, based on scope, expected volume and operations. You set the price for your client. You get a first estimate in the intro call. ### Do voice agents have to disclose that they are AI? Yes. Since 2 August 2026 the EU AI Act (Article 50) requires that people are told when they are talking to an AI. We build the notice into every greeting. ### Where is my clients' data stored? In the EU. Automations run on self-operated servers, and for language models we use providers with EU processing where the project requires it.
