Overview

We have been approached by Onk Lou´s management, to creat this visual piece. A talented Austrian singer-songwriter whose music is a soulful blend of folk, pop, and blues influences. Known for his raw, heartfelt voice and captivating guitar melodies, Onk Lou’s sound carries an uplifting yet introspective vibe, perfect for both personal moments and joyful sing-alongs.

Challenges & Approach

The greatest challenge of filming "Shake" was finding a retirement home where the production team could create a vibrant and loud atmosphere without disrupting the residents or requiring the facility to be temporarily vacated. Balancing the high-energy nature of the video with the need to respect the environment and the people in it was no small feat.

The result

Through a comedic lens, the video depicts Onk Lou handing out “special treats” to the residents, metaphorically "putting them on drugs"—a cheeky nod to breaking the monotony of their everyday lives. The result? A whirlwind of fun, laughter, and mischief, as the pensioners let loose, embracing the chaos and excitement with open arms.
