Where are you located?
Our main location is Vienna. We work with clients throughout the DACH region and internationally. Collaboration works both remotely and on-site. We come to you for workshops, strategy sessions, and content production. Regular in-person meetings are part of the setup for larger engagements.

Who is my point of contact during the project?
You'll be assigned a dedicated project manager who knows your company, your goals, and the project status. This person is your main point of contact for all questions and internally coordinates the specialists working on your project. For strategic engagements, regular meetings with senior management are also part of the setup. You communicate directly with decision-makers, not with intermediary account managers.
How quickly can you start a project?
The lead time depends on the project scope. Smaller projects and campaigns can start within one to two weeks. Larger engagements require a structured onboarding process - system access, stakeholder alignment, strategy development - which typically takes two to four weeks. For time-critical requirements, we prioritize accordingly. We'll clarify the exact timeline in our initial consultation.
How does working with you look like?
Every engagement starts with an initial consultation where we understand your current situation, goals, and challenges. This is followed by a structured analysis with specific recommendations for action. For projects, we work in defined phases with clear milestones and regular review meetings.
