What types of video do you produce?
We produce brand films, recruiting videos, product demos and social media reels, among others. From conceptual storytelling to technical execution, everything comes from a single source.
What types of photography do you offer?

What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?
GEO covers all the measures that help your content appear as a source in the answers of generative AI systems like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity. The goal is to be understood, cited and recommended by large language models.
What is SEO and how does it work?
SEO (search engine optimization) covers all the measures that help your website appear higher in the unpaid Google results. It works across six disciplines: technical SEO, on-page, off-page, local SEO, content SEO and predictive SEO. Unlike paid ads, it builds long-term visibility.
Which companies are your solutions suitable for?
Our solutions are designed for companies with 50 to 500 employees that have complex marketing requirements and are ready to invest in automation and technology.

Do you also handle community management?

4Why are there minimum contract terms for ongoing engagements?
Sustainable results take time. SEO measures show measurable impact after three to six months. AI agents need to be trained and optimized. Campaigns go through several optimization cycles before reaching their full potential.
The minimum contract duration of six months ensures that we can achieve the results you expect together. One-time projects like rebranding or content production are exempt from this.
How does billing work?
For ongoing engagements, billing occurs monthly in advance. Project-based work is billed according to milestones - typically 50% at project start and 50% at completion. For more extensive projects, we define individual payment schedules.
We don't work on an hourly basis. You invest in defined outcomes and deliverables, not in time spent.
How much does SEO cost at an agency?
There’s no serious fixed price, because the effort depends heavily on your starting point, the competition in your market and the scope you want. Instead of flat rates, we plan along the levers with the best impact-to-effort ratio. In an initial call, we give you an honest assessment.
What investment should I expect?
Our projects typically start at €5,000 for focused individual projects. Comprehensive engagements with AI integration, custom software, or long-term support range between €15,000 and €100,000+.

How does a video production work?
We begin with a creative concept, storyboard and shooting schedule, film with professional cinema equipment and handle the complete post-production including colour grading, motion graphics and sound design.
How does a shoot with you work?
We start with concept and art direction tailored to your brand, plan on location or in the studio and run the shoot with professional equipment. This is followed by careful selection, post-production and delivery in all the formats you need.
How long does it take for SEO to show results?
SEO is a medium-term channel. You’ll often see first movement after a few weeks and noticeable results usually after three to six months – depending on your starting point, competition and scope. The effect is cumulative: what ranks once keeps delivering, without you paying per click.
How quickly can you start a project?
The lead time depends on the project scope. Smaller projects and campaigns can start within one to two weeks. Larger engagements require a structured onboarding process - system access, stakeholder alignment, strategy development - which typically takes two to four weeks.

How do you ensure consistency?

How long does it take for GEO to work?
As with SEO, GEO is a medium-term build-up. Structural improvements can take effect quickly, but building authority and consistent signals takes time. The effect is durable once models classify you as a reliable source.
What happens to my data and workflows at the end of the contract?
At the end of the contract, you receive a complete export of all data, documentation, and developed workflows. We offer a 30-day transition period for knowledge transfer and support migration to internal teams or other providers if needed. No lock-in effects – all solutions are based on open-source technologies and open standards.
Do you offer pilot projects or proof of concepts?
Yes. For larger engagements or new technology approaches, we often recommend a structured proof of concept. This reduces risk for both parties and creates a solid foundation for decision-making.
A typical PoC includes a defined scope, clear success criteria, and a timeframe of four to eight weeks. The investment is fully credited upon commissioning of the main project.

What is llms.txt?

Data privacy is an integral part of our architecture, not a downstream add-on. All solutions are developed according to privacy-by-design principles.
Specifically, this means: European hosting partners, documented data flows, implemented deletion concepts, and ability to provide information upon request. For AI solutions, we pay special attention to transparency in data processing and traceability of results.
Upon request, we assist with creating data protection impact assessments and documentation for internal compliance requirements.
How do you handle sensitive company data?
Confidentiality is a fundamental requirement for any collaboration. Upon request, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in advance.
Internally, we work with clear access concepts: Only team members actively working on the project receive access to relevant data. For AI projects, we clarify in detail which data will be processed, where it is stored, and how access is regulated.
All processes are documented and auditable.
How is my data protected?
We rely on self-hosted infrastructure on European servers (Hetzner, Germany). All data remains GDPR-compliant within the EU. We work with encrypted transmission (TLS 1.3), regular backups, and access controls based on the least-privilege principle. Upon request, we deploy solutions directly in your own infrastructure.
Is your SEO work GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We use privacy-compliant analytics tools and a transparent approach to data. That gives you reliable results without taking on legal grey areas.

5What SLAs and availability guarantees do you offer?
For ongoing engagements, we define Service Level Agreements individually. Standard SLAs include: response time within 24 hours on business days, monthly availability reports, defined escalation paths for critical issues.
For business-critical systems, we offer extended SLAs with shorter response times and 24/7 availability. We agree on the specific terms during contract negotiations.
What happens if something does not work as expected?
We work with defined escalation paths. For technical issues, our support process kicks in with documented response times. For strategic differences, we escalate internally to senior management.
In principle: We solve problems before they become conflicts. Regular reviews, transparent communication, and documented decisions prevent most escalations from occurring in the first place.
Do I get editable templates?
Yes. On request we deliver design systems and templates your team can fill in themselves – for example for social media or presentations – so you stay flexible and on-brand in day-to-day work.
Do I also get material for social media?
Yes. On request, alongside the main video we also deliver shorter cuts and behind-the-scenes material that is ideal for your social media channels.
Are you available for on-site event coverage?
Yes. We document events, conferences and corporate occasions on site and deliver high-quality images you can use promptly for communication and social media.
