Challenge
Ventureal, an established Austrian company in the renewable energy sector - wind farms, photovoltaics, biogas - faced a complete rebranding to BLOCH3. This meant: new name, new corporate identity, new brand world - and the coordination of multiple agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
The challenge went beyond design. A rebranding of this scale requires tight coordination, clear processes, and the ability to align many stakeholders. Everything had to be consistent, from business cards to construction fence banners at the facilities.
Then there was the political dimension: Renewable energy is a sensitive field. Communication with authorities, support during municipal council elections, public perception - everything had to be perfect.
Solution
We took on a central role in the project - both creatively and in terms of coordination.
Coordination: Close collaboration with other agencies and internal teams. Ensuring consistent results across all touchpoints - from the website to signage at wind farms and PV installations. Interface management between design, production, and stakeholders.
Additionally: Social media campaigns for the new brand and support with political communication measures during municipal council elections.
The project was time-limited but intensive - a 15-month sprint with a clear goal: to create a new brand that would work from day one and reinforce the positioning as a pioneer in the energy transition.

Step by step from concept to implementation
Strategic Planning & Setup
Establishment of the project structure for the complete rebranding from Ventureal to BLOCH3. Coordination between multiple agencies, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Definition of brand guidelines, touchpoint mapping, and rollout strategy for all assets from digital presence to physical signage.
Corporate Identity Development
Development of the new brand world: logo, color system, typography, visual language, and tone of voice. Creation of all brand assets from business cards to website design to large-format construction fence banners for wind farms and PV installations. Ensuring consistency across all media and formats.
Multi-Touchpoint Rollout
Coordinated implementation of the new brand across all touchpoints. Interface management between design, production, and internal teams. Rollout of digital assets (website, social media), print materials, and on-site signage at wind farms, photovoltaic installations, and biogas facilities. Quality assurance across all channels.
Launch & Political Communication
