Challenge

IPEC Group develops and markets industrial real estate projects in Slovakia - factory buildings, logistics centers, and production facilities in D1 Park in Senec. The target audience: international companies looking to expand.

The challenge was complex: How do you find companies across Europe that currently have expansion potential? And how do you approach the right decision-makers individually in a way that captures their attention?

Additionally: No internal marketing team, no existing infrastructure, and the requirement to build everything measurably and efficiently. Not a one-off campaign, but a system that scales.

Solution

We took over all marketing activities and built an infrastructure that grows with the company.

First, the basics: New website, SEO-optimized, with automated content pipeline. An AI agent regularly uploads new blog articles, allowing the site to grow organically and generate traffic in the long term.

Then comes the part that makes the difference: We developed our own analysis system that evaluates companies across Europe for expansion potential. No guesswork, but a metric system based on real data - growth indicators, funding rounds, location expansions. The system updates itself and continuously delivers qualified leads.

For companies with high scores, we analyze the decision-makers - how they communicate, what appeals to them, and which channels they use. Based on this, we create highly individualized campaigns: visuals and texts tailored to each person. Not mass communication, but precision.

Additionally: Content production including photos, videos, and 360° hall footage. Presentations for sales meetings. Performance marketing on LinkedIn and Google.
