What we deliver

An AI workshop for companies teaches a team to use AI in its own daily work. Ours runs for one or two days, is designed for up to 20 people and takes place at your premises or at a venue you arrange. We run it in German, English or Spanish. Some call it AI training. We call it a workshop because the team does the work. It is always tailored to one team and its tasks; we do not offer open courses for individuals.

What happens in the workshop

Day one covers foundations and productivity, day two the creation of images, videos and website drafts. For a one-day workshop, we choose the focus areas with you in advance.

  • How language models work, why context determines quality and how a useful prompt is structured
  • Responsible use: checking facts, keeping confidential data out of unapproved tools, clarifying usage rights, leaving approvals with people
  • Meeting notes and email workflows with AI, including connections to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
  • Research challenge: a competitor analysis becomes an internal presentation
  • Images and short product videos from existing product photos
  • A website workflow covering SEO and GEO, plus a prototype for a landing page

Your tasks, your tools

To start, each person names a recurring task that takes too much time without needing their expertise. Those answers become the examples for the hours that follow. The focus is on the tools your company already has licences for, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude. For meeting notes, images and video, we also show specialised tools such as tl;dv or Higgsfield. Whatever a connection needs in terms of IT approval, we sort out beforehand.

Case example: marketing at a glass manufacturer

We ran the workshop over two days for the marketing team of an international glass manufacturer with around 3,500 employees, active in six countries. About ten people worked on their own products: research into competitors' brand presence, social media images and product videos from existing photos, and a landing page for one customer segment. The website part looked at how visibility in Google relates to visibility in AI search. More on that on our GEO page.

What you have at the end

The workshop ends with a roadmap. It sets out which working methods the team introduces first and what comes after. For the glass manufacturer, it had four items: a shared workspace combining an AI assistant with approved data sources, website prototypes built in-house before handing over to an agency, recurring SEO work as monitored workflows that a person reviews, and a knowledge layer for approved company knowledge. For items that can be automated, automation consulting is one possible next step: we plan with you, and implementation can stay with your own team. If an agent should run permanently, we build and operate it too; see AI agents.

AI literacy under the AI Act

Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies that use AI to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff. A workshop is one such measure. The AI Act does not require a certificate, and we do not issue one. We recommend recording internally who took part and what was covered; you get the agenda from us in writing for that. Whether that is enough in your case depends on which systems you use and who works with them. The workshop is not a substitute for legal advice.

For agencies

Partner agencies can book the workshop for their clients, under the agency's name if they wish. The client relationship stays with the agency, and how we present ourselves is agreed with the agency beforehand.

Who runs the workshop

The workshop is run by Lucas Blochberger, founder of Blck Alpaca, and Philipp Messerer, business developer and workshop partner. It belongs to our AI & automation services, alongside AI agents. For a preparatory call, reach us via contact.

Challenge & Solution
The situation

The Challenge

Your company has bought licences for Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude. Day to day, they produce a few emails and the occasional draft. Those who are further ahead taught themselves, and the rest are waiting for someone to show them. Open courses do not help much here: they practise on someone else's examples and stop exactly where your own work begins.

Our approach

Our Solution

We come to you and spend one or two days with the whole team on your tasks. Along the way, the team works through challenges on its own material: research turned into a presentation, social media images, a product video, a landing page prototype. At the end, we decide together where the team starts.

Use Cases

01

Meetings and email

Notes, decisions and follow-up tasks from meetings, draft replies in your own inbox. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.

02

Research and presentation

Collecting and comparing sources and condensing them into an internal presentation that colleagues understand without the raw research.

03

Images and video

Variants from one clean product photo: a new angle, different light, local fixes, short clips. Checked for brand fit and usage rights.

04

Website and search

Structure, copy and first drafts as a prototype, plus the difference between visibility in Google and in AI search.

Our Process

01

Preparatory call

We clarify team, tasks and tools: which licences exist, what is approved and which connections need IT approval.

02

Preparation

We build the programme and challenges around your material: products, brand, competitors, website. For a one-day workshop, we pick the focus areas.

03

Foundations and productivity

How the models work, prompting with context, responsible use. Then meetings, email and research with AI.

04

Creating and building

Images and videos from your product photos, a website workflow covering SEO and GEO, a prototype for a landing page.

05

Roadmap

To close, we decide where the team starts and which tasks could be automated later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about AI Workshop for Companies

Allgemein

2
Who is the workshop for?
For teams in companies that are expected to use AI in their daily work, with up to 20 people. No prior knowledge is needed; the first block starts with the foundations.
In which language and where does the workshop take place?
In German, English or Spanish, on your premises or at an external venue you arrange. Our office is in Vienna, but we run the workshop at other locations as well.

Preise

1
What does the AI workshop cost?
From €5,000 excluding VAT. The final price depends on the number of participants and the duration: one day with a small group sits at the lower end, two days with 20 people well above it. You provide the venue, either your own premises or a location you arrange. You receive the written quote after the preparatory call.

Technologie

1
What does our team need to bring?
One laptop per person with access to the tools your company has approved. Whether connections to email or files need IT approval is clarified in the preparatory call. With Microsoft 365, an administrator usually has to give consent before individual people can connect their accounts.

Compliance

1
Does the workshop meet the AI literacy obligation of the AI Act?
It is a measure within the meaning of Article 4: participants learn how the systems work, where they make mistakes and which data should not go into them. The AI Act does not require a certificate, and we do not issue one. We recommend recording internally who took part and when; we supply the agenda for that. Whether further measures are needed depends on your systems and roles.
