Blck Alpaca is an AI agency based in Vienna, working with companies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Under AI & automation, we bring two services together: workshops in which a team learns to use AI in its daily work, and AI agents that take over recurring work for good. Either way, you end up with something concrete: a roadmap for the team, or a system running in production.
The AI workshop: your team works with AI itself
The AI workshop runs for one or two days, either at your premises or at a venue you arrange. Up to 20 people work hands-on with the tools your company has approved, using their own material: product photos, competitor research, the company website. We run it in German, English or Spanish. It closes with a roadmap of the working methods the team will introduce first. We do not run open courses for individuals.
The agents: handing work off for good
For tasks that repeat the same way every week, a better-trained person is often not enough. That is where we build AI agents and automations that reconcile data between systems, process documents, pre-qualify enquiries or produce reports. An agent works within the limits you set and hands over to a person as soon as a case falls outside them. We build one process at a time, and the next one only starts once the first is running in production.
How the two connect
An agent project does not require a workshop, and a workshop does not commit you to a project. Still, the two are connected. The roadmap from the workshop shows which tasks the team will handle with AI itself, and which run so often and so uniformly that an agent pays off. At a workshop for a glass manufacturer, for example, it included a knowledge layer for approved company knowledge that the whole team is meant to draw on. Nobody builds something like that alongside their day job. It is a project. If you first want to work out which processes can be automated and keep implementation in-house, automation consulting is the right setting.
Operations in the EU and the AI Act
Our automations run self-hosted on n8n and our own infrastructure in the EU, so it stays clear which data sits where and who processes it. Chatbots and voice agents identify themselves as AI from the start, as Article 50 of the AI Act requires. Article 4 also obliges companies that use AI to take measures that support AI literacy among their staff. A workshop is one such measure. The AI Act does not require a certificate.
For agencies
We also work behind the scenes for agencies. Partner agencies can book the workshop for their clients, under the agency's name if they wish, or have us build the technical AI infrastructure. The client relationship stays with the agency.

The Challenge
