What we deliver
White-label at Blck Alpaca means we develop AI agents, automations and custom software that an agency sells to its clients under its own brand. The agency manages the client, we deliver the technology and keep it running if required. We do not appear in front of the end client.
What we deliver under your brand
AI agents. Voice agents that answer calls, book appointments and route requests. Chat assistants for websites and support. Agents that read incoming requests, classify them and pass them to the right place.
Automation. n8n workflows between your clients' systems: CRM, email, accounting, forms, spreadsheets. Self-hosted in the EU, documented and monitored.
Enterprise software. Client portals, internal tools, dashboards and applications built on Next.js and Payload CMS when off-the-shelf software is not enough.
Your client relationship stays yours
We do not contact your clients, we do not sell to them directly, and our name does not appear on anything they see. We invoice you, you invoice your client. If you want us in a meeting, we join as part of your team. Client protection is written into the partner agreement.
Who this is for
Marketing, digital and web agencies in the DACH region that want to offer AI and automation without building their own development team. Also agencies with in-house developers whose team has no capacity for AI projects.
Terms
We agree terms with each agency individually. They depend on which services you offer, how many client projects to expect per year and whether we run the solution after launch. You set the price for your client.
Operations after launch
An AI agent is not finished at launch. Models change, and so do APIs. If you want, we handle monitoring, updates and fixes. Your client contacts you, you contact us.
Obligations we build in
Since 2 August 2026, AI systems that talk or write to people must disclose that they are AI (EU AI Act, Article 50). We build that disclosure into voice agents and chat assistants from the start. Personal data is processed in the EU. We sign a data processing agreement with you that you can pass on to your client.
The Challenge
Clients now expect their agency to have answers on AI as well: a phone assistant that takes calls, an automation between CRM and accounting, an internal tool. For most agencies an in-house development team does not pay off, and freelancers move on after each project. Turn the request down and the client goes to a provider who will want the marketing next.
