AI Agency Vienna for Process Automation

An AI agency in Vienna plans, builds and runs the systems that take over repetitive work inside a company: syncing data between tools, processing documents, reporting, pre-qualifying inbound requests. Blck Alpaca does this with AI agents and workflow automation on n8n, hosted on our own infrastructure inside the EU. What an AI agent actually does

A useful agent reads real data, decides inside the limits you set, and hands over to a person the moment it becomes unsure. The language model is usually the smallest part of the build. Most of the work sits in the integrations, the error handling, the logging, and the answer to what happens when an interface goes down for two days.

That is why every project starts with a process rather than a tool. We look at how a task runs today, who owns it, where it stalls and how often it comes up. Only then can anyone judge whether automation makes sense.

Which processes pay off

Automation earns its keep when a task has these traits:

• It runs regularly, at least weekly.
• The rules behind it can be written down, even when they are messy.
• The data exists in digital form, not only in someone's head.
• Mistakes surface before they get expensive.

Miss the first point and the effort outweighs the saving. Miss the second and the agent turns unpredictable. When a process runs differently every single time, we say so instead of papering over it with prompt acrobatics.

Running inside the EU

Our automations run self-hosted: n8n on our own infrastructure, PostgreSQL for storage, NocoDB wherever people need to review or correct records. Which data sits where, and who processes it, stays documented. With HR files, contracts or health data in the flow, this one point often decides whether a project clears internal review.

From 2 August 2026, Article 50 of the EU AI Act applies: users have to be able to tell that they are talking to an AI. We build that disclosure into chat and voice systems from the start, not days before launch.

Working together

We move one process at a time. The first one goes into production and can be measured against the hours it used to consume, then the next follows. Large automation programmes that deliver nothing to daily operations for six months are, in our view, the most common reason this kind of project fails.
